Ford Military Eligibility Maryland Ford Dealer

 

Proof of Eligibility

When verifying your military status, you may be asked to upload military documentation. Verify military eligibility using one of these items listed below:

  • Active Duty Service Members: Leave & Earnings Statement (LES), Active duty Enlisted Record Brief (ERB)/Officer Record Brief (ORB), Enlistment Contract
  • Veterans: DD214 (Discharge Details Form 214), NGB form 22 (National Guard Bureau similar to a DD214), Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC), or Veteran Identification Card (VIC), Driver’s License or DMV-Issued State ID with VETERAN endorsement
  • Retirees: Retiree Account Statement (eRAS), DD214 or NGB form 22 (must show 20 years of service or the reason for discharge was retirement)
  • Surviving Spouses & Household members: upload any of the military documents listed in the categories above. Surviving Spouses can also submit a Casualty Report (DD Form 1300).
