I love Brenda. She does not force anything down your throat, just treats you straight up, which is very hard to get at a dealership. It is a pleasure working with her. I have purchased two cars from her now and she has made it a satisfying experience both times.

Terry James at Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie was the best. I had been looking at the Escape's used with Carmax. Terry wasn't pushy at all, she was truthful and straight forward with the numbers which spoke for themselves. She showed me the information and let me make the decision. I wasn't pushed into the purschase. She was honest which was refreshing. I'm 46 and have bought 5 Fords brand new most paid cash. Every Ford in the future will be handled by Terry James, that's a promise. She followed up yesterday with a personal call to see how things was going and ask me if I had any more questions. Unbelieveable service. I'm a very happy customer.

Brandon was very helpful and worked with me to get me in the car I was interested in. In addition, he discussed with me the differences between the car I purchased on the Hybrid model I was initially in, leading me to go ahead and pull the trigger on the non-hybrid model.
